WHY WE’RE HERE
We meet regularly for worship, prayer, teaching, fellowship and encouragement. We seek to express the love of God to our community through the ministry of the Word and practical care, make disciples of Jesus Christ whenever and wherever possible, and participate in mission in New Zealand and overseas.
Our Statement of Faith
Our faith is centred on Jesus Christ and shaped by the good news of what God has done through his life, death and resurrection.
OUR HISTORY
For more than 40 years, Ōtūmoetai Baptist Church has served as a Christian presence in Tauranga. Across the years, people at different stages of life have found opportunities here to worship, grow in faith, build relationships and serve the wider community.
